After graduating from Cornell University with a degree in chemistry, Paul went on to earn a PhD in Polymer Science from The University of Connecticut's Institute of Materials Science, ​Thriving through AT&T's transitions to Lucent Technologies and OFS, he eventually found his way to Dura-Line, an industry leader in the manufacture of conduit. 
 
As the Director of Business Development for more than 10 years, Paul focused on developing new ways to utlilize conduit and maximize monetization and utilization of fiber for customers.​ 

Paul is a leading spokesperson for the value of SMART INFRASTRUCTURE.

He has a unique and valuable combination of skills as a scientist and expert leader.  Paul is the energetic glue to pull people together and make things happen!  His contacts and strengths allow him to adopt a broad interdisciplinary approach to identifying a client's needs and how various ecosystem players can work together to achieve their mutual goals.    ​
